Could be better, read on
With a superb location in Old Quebec, the hotel offers charming views and friendly staff. Free coffee and juices all day are a real treat! Unfortunately, my room was smaller than expected, and it lacked a kettle for tea lovers. The valet parking and cleanliness could also use some improvement.

Its location at a moderate distance from Petit Champlain was best possible and prime. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was excellent. The services were very efficient. The stay was very very good and I would stay there again.

But the room was so tiny I could barely fit my suitcase in! And good luck hearing any sweet dreams with those paper-thin walls!

The hotel was charming small and peaceful, we had a very pleasant time and would stay here again. The property was exceptionally clean and quirky, had knowledgeable stuff and immaculate rooms. The unit we got was new-fashioned and delightful with 2 windows, the tulip beds plus view of the park. Could use their easy parking.

The superior queen room was immaculate, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Its location was marvellous and brilliant, near the boardwalk in Old Quebec.

It was just a prime choice for a quick stopover in Quebec City with good value considering the price it charged. The location was great, right off a park by the Citadel, made exploring easy.

would love to come back here some time
The room was cozy and clean with air conditioning, a tv, and free toiletries. I enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the lounge. The hotel had a great location, super close to the waterfront and key attractions. Plus, the spa offered amazing massage services which were really relaxing.

The hotel has an optimal location to explore the city, 3 minutes to the promenade - it couldn't be better. The car is parked by the staff-super service..the staff were always very friendly and helpful..the recommendations given were always very good...
The price-performance ratio at breakfast...the beds are relatively narrow...

The location is great as it is very central and the staff is very friendly.
The room is so small and crowded that we had trouble getting our two suitcases in. In addition, the hotel could be thoroughly renovated, as everything is a bit outdated. In addition, the breakfast lounge should be a little more comfortable.

Staying at chateau bellevue was great! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old city, waterfront, and frontenac. The classic double room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and spoke both english and french. I really appreciated how easy it was to check in and out.
